Here's what you'll need to make this wonderful dipping sauce:
5 Garlic Cloves (minced)
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1/4 cup Milk
Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Mince 5 garlic cloves. The smaller the better for this sauce.
2. Add together Milk, Mayonnaise, Garlic and Salt and Pepper and whisk together until the sauce is a smooth consistency.
3. Place in refrigerator and chill for 30 minutes or more.
This recipe is great for dipping Calamari in or any other sea food items. The longer the sauce chills the better this recipe is. To reduce the garlic taste take away a few of the cloves. Also all the items in this recipe can be changed to your liking.
