Directions for Garlic Beef Tips, Spend Less Time Cooking and More Time Enjoying Life
1
Add margarine or butter
Drop 2 tablespoons of margaring or butter into the bottom of the crockpot.2
Add beef
Place 2 lbs of stew meat to the crockpot.3
Add onion powder
Add two tablespoons of onion powder (or simply a visible layer) to the stew meat.4
Add garlic powder
Sprinkle a generous amount of garlic powder to the meat, about 4 tablespoons. As the meat cooks the onion powder and garlic powder will be absorbed into the meat so season to taste.5
Start cooking
No need to stir simply set your crockpot on low and cook for 8 hours. The longer you let it cook the more the meat will fall apart.6
Prepare noodles
When your meat has fully cooked make your noodles according to the manufacturer's directions.7
Time to eat!
Place noodles on a plate or in a bowl and cover with the stew meat from the crockpot. Enjoy!Tip
Vegetables can be added for extra nutrition and flavor. Sometimes I put a few carrots or potatos in with the meat while it's cooking. Really any vegetable you prefere could be used. Either add raw vegetables to the crockpot while the meat is cooking or use frozen vegatebles and add them when the meat is done.
