Garnier Nutritioniste Ultra-Lift Anti-Wrinkle Firming Moisture Cream Product Review

Nikki
My skin is very flaky and dry and I am always on the hunt for a good moisturizer. I don't have a lot of wrinkles yet, but there are a few fine lines below my eyes and some sneaky lines and creases beginning to form on my forehead. So I wanted to find a product to help diminish the wrinkles but also moisturize at the same time.

On a recent trip to Walgreens I came across Garnier Nutritioniste Ultra-Lift Anti-Wrinkle Firming Moisture Cream and started reading the label. I was intrigued enough by what I read on the package to spend my hard-earned cash to put the product to the test. The retail price was $14.99 for a 1.6 oz. bottle, but I had a $4.00 coupon and there was an instant $2 off coupon on the package, bringing my price down to $8.99. Just an FYI, Walgreens will let you use more than one coupon if you buy more than one item. So I bought a pack of breath mints and was able to take advantage of the extra savings. Who doesn't want to save money, right?

The packaging of the Garnier Nutritioniste Ultra-Lift Anti-Wrinkle Firming Moisture Cream is a very pretty lime green color that is very appealing to the eye. One of my favorite things about it is that it has a white plastic pump for easy dispensing. I don't like having to dip my fingers into a jar and prefer a pump dispenser.

The cream itself is fluffy and white and has a consistency that conjures up the image of fresh whipped cream. It does have a bit of a scent, but it is light and not too overpowering.

I used the Garnier Nutritioniste Ultra-Lift Anti-Wrinkle Firming Moisture Cream for a couple of weeks and didn't really notice anything extra special going on with my complexion, but other people did. Several friends and family members asked if I had been to a professional for a deep skin cleansing because my skin looked so good. This definitely made me feel great because that let me this product was working and that my money had not been spent in vain.

I kept using it for a few more weeks and began to notice some improvements to my skin. It seemed to be much clearer, felt more resilient, had more elasticity, had a more even tone, and felt smoother to the touch. All of the dull and blotchy patches were far less visible and the sandpaper feeling was gone. My skin was cottony soft and felt like silk. The fine lines around my eyes were less noticeable and even the creases on forehead seemed to fill in a bit.

The cream glides on to the face and neck with ease and a little bit goes a long way. It soaks in fast, does not leave a sticky feeling to the skin, and does not leave an oily residue. All that is left behind is glowing skin that feels refreshed, moistened, and silky smooth. It helped bring out the natural color of my skin and removed quite a bit of the dull, dry flakiness. If you get the same results as I did, this product will leave your complexion looking good enough to strut your stuff down the catwalk.

Garnier Nutritioniste Ultra-Lift Anti-Wrinkle Moisture Cream contains Vitamin A, Omega 3+6, and rice protein. The vitamin A helps reduce wrinkles, Omega 3+6 locks in the moisture, and the rice protein fortifies the structure of the skin. It also has SPF 15, which is another plus. I can use it under makeup and not have to worry about putting on extra sunscreen.

I give Garnier Nutritioniste Ultra-Lift Anti-Wrinkle Firming Moisture Cream 5 out of 5 stars for a great product that lives up to the hype, reduces fine lines, and delivers plenty of moisture to the skin.

I am beginning to think we have a lot in common! I just wrote an article on laser rejuvenation therapy once wrinkle cream doesn't work! Another great review

Troy, no the folks who asked if I had seen a pro didn't know I was using anything different. Also, I don't see why the product wouldn't work for a man - skin is skin as far as I know but I'm not a skin professional. Search the web and find some free samples to try and see if Garnier Nutrioniste works for you :)

did the others who asked you if you had been to a professional already know you were using something? a little vanity-perhaps-but I have to ask; Does this work on men? I've had laugh lines around my eyes and face ever since I was a kid.

This sounds good for my dry skin. The price is reasonable.

Nikki, thanks for the great product review! I'll be 52 this year, and appreciate all the "anti-wrinkle" advice I can get! (^;^)
