Ingredients
1/3 cup diced green chilies
3 Tbsp Cajun seasoning
½ cup finely diced bell pepper
½ tsp. garlic powder
¼ tsp red pepper
¼ tsp black pepper
4 cups rice (water according to rice instructions on pkg)
1. Boil water in a medium sized pot with lid. Sauté bell pepper in a small skillet until cooked.
2. Add rice and dry ingredients to boiling water and cover with a lid.
3. Cook for 20 minutes or until water is absorbed.
4. Add bell pepper about three minutes before rice is done and cover again with the lid.
5. Stir rice, plate, and enjoy.
