The cost of most of these memberships is less than one tow and be sure to read the membership package to see what else is covered. Sometimes you can be covered if you run out of gas, need a jump for your battery, or a tire changed.

Postage is going up again. To save money with postage, pay your bills online. This will save stamps and may cost you less with not using checks. Many companies now allow you to pay online. If you want to call in your payment, check before you talk to a customer service representative to see if they will charge you. Sometimes the companies will charge up to $5 or more to take a payment by phone. You may still be able to call the payment in for free by using their automated system.

Food items are going up also because of the rising gas costs. There are many ways that you can save at the stores like using coupons, shopping in bulk at stores, or just cooking your own meals without using pre-prepared meals. If you can buy in bulk but bulk would be too much for you, you may be able to split the cost with neighbors or family members.
