Gas Prices: Lets Pretend Gas is $5.00 A Gallon

Gas Prices Have Gone Down, but Why Not Try to Still Save Up it Will Help You and Your Family

The United States is on its way to beginning a beautiful eco-friendly beginning. The world has quieted down since the last month when gas prices were almost $5.00 dollars a gallon in some places. Luckily gas prices have went back down to and have stayed in the average range of $1.69 a gallon which is miraculous due to the past few months. I even found myself conserving this past summer because I am a college student and it is really hard when gas prices are high to try and bargain with food and rent. What I did was make a list of the things that I needed and could get in one area so that I wasn't driving around all the time. I also stayed on campus all day oppose to going home twice which is what I usually did.

Although gas prices are back to what the nation is use to we can't go back to driving around because I feel like at those times out economy was healthier although people still complained about the prices they didn't realize that the positives were our the outcomes of our environment. The bad things that came from it would be that some people really could not afford to go to work on gas prices that high. But, just because gas prices are this low doesn't mean we shouldn't still conserve. It helps our economy, it helps our savings, and it saves money for us to go out and do something else that makes us happy. We just need to stay as we were and pretend that gas prices are still high because it will help everyone.

Most people like going in their pocket and finding five dollars that they don't remember having. I like to refer to it as the "pocket lottery". I know that a lot of people strike a smile ear to ear when they unexpectedly find change or money in their clothing. It is the same feeling that will come to life when you have extra money in your back account because you have found other ways to save money, and especially that gas has went down you should already be seeing a difference in your bank accounts. Now is not the time to splurge although the holidays have come into full effect. Pleasantly find ways to save a dollar a day by changing a few habits it will help everyone especially you!
