Waterloo & City Restaurant and Lounge is a cool concept designed after the European gastro pubs, but with a fresh LA spin. The unique decor and design concept features plush banquettes, classic toile wallpaper, leather bar stools and even a few kitschy pieces. Guests have the options of dining indoors or dining al fresco at the cool dining spot.
The cuisine at Waterloo & City Restaurant and Lounge is a unique blend of American fare, a variety of beers and of course a menu of classic cocktails. The menu consists of dishes such as braised short rib pizza, ginger chili served with fries, bacon salad, spring potato, and the salmon with grilled asparagus are just of few of many excellent choices. Waterloo & City Restaurant and Lounge also has a deli where patrons can pick select charcuterie to go. The charcuterie menu includes choices such as sweetbreads, cured meats, cornichons, a large selection of foie gras, brioche, pate, orange marmalade, sweet and sour chilies and much more.
Waterloo & City Restaurant and Lounge is a great dining experience as well as a great choice of happy hour which is daily from 5PM to 7PM. Dinner is served from 6PM to 10PM Monday through Saturday and from 5PM to 9PM on Sunday. The late night hours are from 10PM to 12AM Monday through Saturday, and from 9PM to 11PM on Sunday. The bar at Waterloo & City Restaurant and Lounge is open between the hours of 5PM to Midnight Sunday through Thursday and from 5PM to 1AM Friday and Saturday.
