Detroit is a very diverse city, including the city's various gay clubs and bars. And, although there aren't any neighborhoods on record, the gay community has its fair share of places to hangout for a good time in Detroit.

The prices at Como's Restaurant & Pizzeria are very reasonable, with more than pizza on the menu to choose from, I'd say that's a great deal.

Some people like to have a bit more fun. A little dancing and loud music does good for some fun to some people. And if this is you, The Works is for you. A gay-friendly atmosphere can be found at The Works with a mixed crowd of gay and straight dance lovers. Along with the dancing, The Works also has a video bar for those who prefer not to dance all night.

Speaking of not wanting to dance, but wanting to enjoy a club environment, Pronto is a nice gay-friendly place to have fun in the metro Detroit area. Pronto, located in Royal Oak has several great features besides the romantic outdoor seating. An even greater experience would be to indulge yourself in the deli-style, bakery restaurant goodies that are located just beside the bar area. An added bonus to Pronto is that it's a family-friendly place as well. The bar side offers a casual atmosphere with the attire being the same and an admission price of $10 per person. Garage parking is also available.
