Oven Features and Technologies:

The oven within this GE Profile Electric Range has been designed for those who prepare large meals. With an interior capacity of 5.3 cubic feet, you will have the ability to easily cook numerous dishes at one time. I found that an oven of this size is ideal to be used during holidays, when you must prepare meals for many people.

The oven features the Convection Cooking System. This unique cooking system utilizes a third heating element in the rear of the oven as well as a fan to circulate evenly heated air around your foods. This will cook your foods much faster than a traditional oven.

Some of the other features this oven will provide you include a Bread Proofing Mode, Warm Mode and a Sabbath Mode. However, my personal favorite feature within the oven is the Convection Conversion System. Due to the fact that convection cooking is must faster than traditional ovens, using traditional recipes will overcook your dishes. Because of this, the oven will be able to automatically convert traditional cooking times to convection cooking.

Cooktop Features and Technologies:

The surface of this GE Profile Electric Range has been developed to provide you with a plethora of cooking space and features. There are a total of four induction elements that you can utilize. These elements range in power and maximum heating output. There are two Max Power elements, which feature a maximum heat output of 3700 watts, which will allow you to easily boil water in much less time than traditional models.

The control panel for this cooktop is located on the backsplash beside the oven controls. The entire control panel features the glass touch design. This design feature does not mechanical buttons to activate the elements, which will reduce the amount of wear-and-tear this range will encounter.
