Gentleman's Club: Rules to Follow at a Strip Club

Rules to Follow at Strip Clubs

Brian Munger
Ok, so you have a big bachelor's party with your buddies and you are planning a big night out at a local gentleman's club. It should be a great time and you are sure to have plenty of nice eye candy to look at. Before you go, though, you must follow some common strip club etiquette rules. There are some obvious rules that you already know about, including "don't touch, just look" . . . don't try to take a dancer home with you . . . and don't try to jump on stage and dance (nobody wants to see you dance unless you're a female). But there are some other lesser known tips you should follow, as well, which include the following:

1) If you are a man that gets "easily excited" by the sight of female flesh, then don't wear boxer shorts. Do everybody a favor and wear the tightest pair of briefs that you can find. Also, try to wear a LONG shirt. Tight briefs will do a better job of "holding things down" and will decrease your chances of causing an uncomfortable situation for yourself and your buddies sitting next to you. The only tents they want to see are at the campsites!

2) Don't sit right up next to the stage unless you plan on tipping a lot of money to the dancers on stage. If you want to "watch" more than tip, then find a seat toward the back. You will get frowned upon by the dancers and the bouncers if you just sit down and freeload by the stage. If you go too long without throwing any dollars on stage, you may even be asked to find a seat further away from stage. You don't want that. That's embarrassing.

3) One other important tip is to leave the club before closing time! This is absolutely vital if you want to keep a good impression of the dancers in your head when you leave! If you stay when the club closes, you will see all of the lights come on. When this happens, you may see things that you didn't know existed. You will see things you did not want to see. It truly is amazing how many flaws those purple neon lights can cover up when the girls are on stage! BUT, when the house lights come on and purple neon fades, you see EVERY little mark possible! Remember that dancer that you thought had the most amazing legs an hour ago?! Yea, OK, look at her now. Those lights just came on and suddenly, you can see tons of cellulite and purple veins running down those legs! Yikes! You should've left sooner, huh?? True, there may be some dancers that truly do have perfect bodies no matter what kind of light is on, but there are lots of other ones that desperately need those purple neon lights . . . especially at those smaller, lesser known clubs, that take the rejects from the high class clubs.

So take the three above mentioned tips in mind next time you go out to a strip club and all should be good!
