On the 11th June, 2009, around 9,000 VCE students in Australia mentioned George Clooney on the General Achievement Test. This was called "Project Clooney" which was started by a 17-year-old, Lucas Shipsides and he spread the word around by using facebook. According to theage.com.au, the St Helena Secondary College student said this year he had time to build momentum and was hoping each examiner would have hundreds of papers naming Clooney.
