George Foreman Grill Tortilla Tuna Melts
1 can tuna
1 hard boiled egg, diced
1/2 pickle, diced
Old Bay seasoning, to taste
Paprika, to taste
Colby-Jack cheese (or any type), thin slice
4 tortillas
Preheat your George Foreman Grill.
Mix the first 4 ingredients together in a small bowl.
On one half of each tortilla place 1 slice of cheese, 1/4 of the tuna mixture, and sprinkle with paprika.
Fold the tortillas in half.
Place the tortillas in your George Foreman Grill and cook until the cheese has melted and the outside of the tortillas are lightly toasted, approximately 5 minutes.
Serve with a quick side dish such as canned vegetables or a salad.
