George Galloway's Fallacies in Supporting Hezbollah

Five Arguments Which Need Further Attention

AG
If you don't know who George Galloway is, just type his name on any video search such as 'You-Tube' and view his video. He claims the terrorist group Hezbollah has the right to terrorize and thus that it is Israel who is the terrorist.
This has been the single piece of video amongst rebellious flaming-liberals here in America in trying to justify that it is cool to root for a terrorist group. This video has become the democrat's mantra.

One

George Galloway states during the introduction of his interview, "What a preposterous way to introduce an item and what a preposterous first question," once the reporter notes that Mr. Galloway is in defense of Hezbollah. For such a preposterous argument and justification in favor of a terrorist group, it's no wonder it makes ground for such a preposterous sounding first question and introduction.

Two

Galloway says, "Hezbollah are a part of the Lebanese national resistance who are trying to drive Israel from the rest of their land." False. Hezbollah is NOT part of the Lebanese national resistance. Hezbollah is part of the Hezbollah - and not Lebanese - national resistance movement because they want to eventually take over political rule of Lebanon; which will be difficult and grounds for another upcoming civil war in Lebanon since there is a Christian Lebanese residence and political cabinet in the country which would NOT like Hezbollah's close presence.

Why do you think Hezbollah - with Syria - assassinated former Prime Minister Hariri of Lebanon? Because he was friendly to the Christians and did NOT want Hezbollah's close presence!

Why would Syria support Hezbollah? Because Syria doesn't believe in Lebanon being a country because they have a Christian populace in the country and thus those Christians advocate Western thoughts and styles. Compare Beirut to Damascus as example to juxtapose between a populace of Christian against a populace of non-Christian.

Do you know what Syria refers to Lebanon even to this day, "The Syrian Coast. It would be the equivalent of Mexico still calling today's California, "The Mexican Coast." Syria doesn't believe in the existence of a Lebanon and thus has powered the terrorist Muslim Hezbollah to take over political (and so much more) control.

Three

Galloway then rants his big mouth saying, "Hezbollah is trying to get back thousands of kidnapped Lebanese," from decades of war. Firstly, it is a wrong use of word. It is NOT kidnapped. The terrorists the Israelis captured were war prisoners and thus were captured, not kidnapped. Secondly, they were NOT Lebanese. Most Hezbollah, as we already know, speak fluent Persian and are Persian nationals along with many Syrians as well as some Lebanese. These captured soldiers were a threat to democracy, peace, and the well-being and livelihood of Israel because these captured soldiers were terrorists from Syria and Iran - in other words - Hezbollah, not Lebanese.

Four

George Galloway continues by saying that Hezbollah is, "Already in politics," noting that Hezbollah is a political party who was voted via election. Our friend George doesn't know the way we here in America do elections - the freedom to decide who you want in office without force. In the middle-east, the word 'election' means, "Choose Hezbollah or I'll shoot your brains out." Now you tell me if they were really "elected." I doubt a group who tells others to "vote" for them via force, a group who launches rockets off pick-up trucks, and a group continuously captures non-Muslim followers can be respectively called a political group. Terrorist is the more appropriate term.

Five

Finally, Galloway's big mouth says that Hezbollah is, "More popular amongst Christians, Sunnis, and Muslims," throughout the Middle-East. This is by far the biggest fallacy of all. CHRISTIANS NEVER SUPPORTED HEZBOLLAH - and the Christian
population in Lebanon, which has its own quarter in Beirut is completely against Hezbollah, is happy that Israel is trying to kick them out; and hence why another upcoming civil war which will shed more blood with the CHRISTIANS versus the HEZBOLLAH.

This is completely opinionized. There is no proof Hezbollah killed Harriri, and they wouldn't have. He was a great man

Thank you for writing this. This is not Israeli Propaganda, but the truth! Galloway should see how Hezbollah teach their children how to put a bomb vest together. How "brave" those little kids are, willing to kill Jews. He makes me sick!

I realize this is only your opinions, but you offer nothing to backup your central point--that Hezbollah somehow holds the Lebanese hostage and doers not have popular support of any kind. This all sounds heavy on Israeli propoganda and light on objective reasoning.
