The way it works is every time Fresh and Easy opens a neighborhood store, they offer $1000 to an organization in that neighborhood that uses the same kind of practices as Fresh and Easy Markets. When the store in Sunnyvale has its Grand Opening, the group is presented with a check for $1000. To nominate a group, go to the website and sign up. The Sunnyvale store will be listed there a few weeks before the grand opening (yet to be determined).
