Get Better Bret Michaels

I just heard that Bret Michaels, the lead singer of the 80's group Poison, has been admitted to the ICU at an undisclosed hospital. He has suffered a brain hemorrhage. As of now, it is not known if it is fatal. Cross your fingers he will be okay.

Just a few days ago, April 12^th, Bret underwent an emergency appendectomy and was recovering in a private hospital specializing in diabetics. He had pushed himself too hard and his body needed time to heal and rest. Late last night, April 22nd, he was suffering from a severe headache and went to an undisclosed hospital for treatment. That is when the doctors found the "massive subarachnoid hemorrhage (bleeding at the base of his brain stem)"**,

Bret Michaels is best known for being the lead singer of the 80's band Poison, but most recently as a contestant on Celebrity Apprentice and prior to that, two seasons of Rock of Love.

This article is not meant to go into detail on his career. It is to let all the Bret Michael fans out there know what is happening to him and let us all hope for the best.

I grew up listening to the hair bands of the 80's and remember when Poison debuted on MTV. I have grown up watching Bret and loving what he has brought to my life.

Even if you have never heard of Poison, or watched either show he was on, please wish him the best and to get better soon. He is young and still has much life to live and many fans that love him.

Bret- Please, take the time to heal. Your fans will always be here when you hurt, sick or just onstage entertaining us. No matter what, we are here. Please take care and rest and don't leave us yet. You have many years left to entertain the world with your music and charm.
