Get a Data Entry Job and Not Data Entry Scams

Shannon Frye
It's hard to find a real data entry job without running into many different scams. You will have to do a lot of research to find a legit data entry company. Never join a data entry company if they require you to pay a fee. About 99% of data entry jobs are scams. If you have found a data entry job and you think that it might be a scam, you can research the company by going to www.scam.com. It's very hard to find a data entry company that will hire you. One company that I know of that will hire at home workers is Dion Data.

One good resource that will help you find a data entry job is going to www.wahm.com. You will find a very large list of work at home jobs including data entry jobs. You will want to click on the telecommuting folder and search through the first couple of folders to find a list of all of the data entry websites. Most of these websites will have a very long waiting list because many people want a data entry job from home. I would suggest putting your name on the list now and they will call you when they get an opening.

Data entry jobs are slim to none. You might be able to find a local company in your home town that will allow you to work from home. I would suggest looking up Data Entry Services in the phone book and calling all the numbers to see if they allow at home workers. Some of them will put your name on a waiting list and some might have you come in to do some testing. If you find a local data entry company that is hiring you should consider yourself lucky. It's very hard to find a data entry company.

The best resource for working at home will always be www.wahm.com. Looking through this website will definitely find you a work at home job. There are many other jobs other than data entry. Transcription is another job that you can do from home. You will listen to audio files and transcribe or type them out. It's really fun to do and it's easier to find a transcription job than a data entry job. The choice is completely up to you. Just remember to research every company at www.scam.com to make sure that the company is legit.
