Winter Park Resort is the home of the National Sports Center for the Disabled. Ten commitment days and additional training days are required for on-slope positions to earn a free season pass. A variety of positions are available within the center. Two training days are required at the beginning of the season. Strong intermediate ski or snowboard skills are required for on-mountain positions.

Work at Winter Park Resort

Full-time and seasonal part-time employees receive a free season pass and a few free lift tickets as part of their employment at Winter Park Resort. Time commitment requirements to get a free pass vary by position. Temporary positions are available throughout the season giving temporary employees the chance to earn free lift tickets during periods of high demand.
