Drinking warm water in the morning is a great way to lose weight. Lemon juice can be added as well. Drinking warm lemon water helps your body to get rid of toxins and is extremely beneficial to your health. For years people have been waking up and having a warm glass of lemon water to help them lose weight and to stay in shape.
Aerobics are a great way to stay in shape as well. Aerobics is a physical exercise that involves stretching your muscles and is usually done with music using rhythmic patterns. This is a great way to stay in shape after child birth especially since it doesn't involve too much hard work.
Try getting a membership to a gym. It's hard for most people to get up the energy to workout around the house, so get out! Having a membership to a gym will help motivate you to get out of the house and do something and a lot of gyms offer child care as well so you won't have to worry about having a babysitter.
Cut down on sweets. I'm sure that with your pregnancy you started craving all sorts of things. Mine in particular was sweet and sour candies. Cut down on all that junk food and find a more healthier snack that you like. I recently found that I love the Kellogg's Special K cereal bars. They are sweet and at the same time very healthy.
Most local YMCA's have a pre and post natal exercise book that you can get access to. They have great tips and various different exercise routines. This book can help you out a lot.
If you live in a two story house, try keeping some of your babies things upstairs. Such as diapers, that way when your babies need their diapers changed, you will have to walk upstairs to do so. This will give you more exercise as well.
Walking and swimming are great alternatives to working out. Whether you think so or not, swimming is an exercise itself. Try walking with your babies or taking them to the pool with you, or if you prefer, find a babysitter and get a few relaxing hours by yourself at the pool. If you have a stroller big enough for your three babies, then take them for walks. Not only is this helpful for you, but for the babies as well. It's essential that we all get some fresh air.
There are lots of parenting websites that can give you ideas on how to lose weight and or stay in shape. Try these websites to get more ideas. www.parents.com and www.exerciseafterpregnancy.com .
Crunches are another excellent way to get your tummy back into shape. I've found that crunches are way better than sit ups. Do about 30 of these once or twice a day and I'm sure your tummy will look better in just a few weeks.
