We are currently looking for individuals that can be trained from ENTRY LEVEL positions into CLIENTMANAGER POSITIONS. If you see this phrase or anything like it in an employment ad; it usually means that the position is low paying or non-salaried and is based upon a commission system.
OPENINGS ARE LIMITED AND IMMEDIATE! - This is another phrase to keep an eye out for because it can indicate that there is high employee turnover.
No specific experience or education is required. Most companies are willing to train individuals for a position but know that no reputable organization will invite EVERYONE to apply for a job.
Gimmicky lines in place of the job title are another red flag for example: Work Wise, Not Hard. What does this mean or have to do with the job?
Beware of Job titles that do not match the job descriptions of the advertised position. For example, a Management Trainee job title and the job description has the requirements for an Office Administrator.
Reputable companies do not have the time or money to weed through hundreds of resumes or applications for a position so they will ask for specific experience within their ads. Beware of ads that are not straightforward and save yourself the time of interviewing for a position you probably will not want.
