Timmy Turner
Timmy Turner is the main character of the show. He has parents who do love him, but they tend to neglect him. This makes him eligible to have fairy godparents. He is known to wear a "stupid pink hat." Timmy is voiced by Tara Strong.
Wanda
Wanda is one of Timmy's godparents. She has pink hair and is married to Cosmo. She is the smarter of the two fairies. Wanda is voiced by Susan Blakeslee.
Cosmo
Cosmo is Timmy's other godparent. He is married to Wanda. He is not smart, but Wanda loves him. He has green hair. Cosmo is voiced by Daran Norris.
Vicky
Vicky is the babysitter that Timmy's parents always hire. She is really mean to Timmy. Her only motivation in life is making money. Sometimes she is known as "Icky Vicky." There are always jokes about how parents do not realize that she is evil, mainly making the statement or fact obvious on her flyers. Vicky is voiced by Grey DeLisle.
Chester McBadbat
Chester is one of Timmy's best friends. He lives in a trailer park and does not have very nice things. Chester is voiced by Frankie Muniz.
A.J.
A.J. is another one of Timmy's friends. A.J. is rich and smart, completely the opposite of Chester, yet they are all friends. A.J. was first voiced by Ibrahim Muhammad. He is now voiced by Gary LeRoi Gray.
Chet Ubetcha
Chet Ubetcha is the reporter for all television shows. Chet is voiced by Jim Ward.
Denzel Crocker
Denzel Crocker is most commonly known as Mr. Crocker. This is because he is Timmy's teacher. He believes in fairy godparents and wants to trap some to prove that they exist. Whenever something odd happens, he is certain that fairy godparents did it and he goes into odd contortions every time the words "fairy godparents" are said. He also enjoys giving Timmy F's, even if the does not deserve them. It is reveal that when Mr. Crocker was young, Cosmo and Wanda were his fairy godparents. However, the memories of having fairy godparents have to be erased once a person turns into an adult. Denzel Crocker is voiced by Carlos Alazraqui.
Elmer
Elmer is a boy that goes to Timmy's school. He is an outcast because of the huge boil on his face. Elmer is voiced by Dee Bradley Baker.
Mark Chang
Mark Chang is an alien that has come to earth. When he is on earth, he has to disguise himself as a human. Mark Chang is always known as "Mark Chang" and not simply "Mark." Mark Chang is voiced by Rob Paulsen.
Trixie Tang
Trixie is the popular girl at school. Timmy always wants a date with her, but it is unlikely that she'll ever go out with somebody who is not popular. Trixie is voiced by Dionne Quan.
Chip Skylark
Chip Skylark is the singing sensation in Timmy's world. Everybody loves him. His trademark are his shiny teeth. Chip is voiced by Chris Kirkpatrick.
The Crimson Chin
The Crimson Chin is the comic book hero that Timmy idolizes. He dresses in red and has a huge chin. The Crimson Chin is voiced by Jay Leno.
There are many other characters that appear regularly in The Fairly Oddparents such as the leader of fairy world, Jorgen von Strangle and his girlfriend, the tooth fairy. The pixies also are seen in many of the episodes and they are voiced by Ben Stein.
Many of the regular characters not listed have voices supplied by actors that do extra voices for cartoons.

One of my old cartoon favorites.
My neices and nephew keep me up to date on this show.
I also watch this with my niece when I have her for the night. This is a great show for kids and some adults, including me, lol. Great article. :)
