Are you having trouble getting targeted traffic to your website? Well if you are, and you think that you've tried everything out there, then this article is definitely one that you should keep on reading. I'm going to let you know of Yahoo's new service Answers which allows its users to post questions and answers to questions in many different categories. The way that you get traffic from here is: you look for questions that you can answer ,or that you site contains interesting related content for, and you answer them making sure to include a link to your website as well.

1. It's a free service.
Yahoo answers provides its users the ability to start answering and asking questions completely free of charge. There is no limit to this service and it can be used at all hours of the day. All that is needed to start posting answers and questions is a Yahoo email address, which can also be obtained easily and for free from their homepage.

2. It's a for sure thing.
Sometimes when you're looking for traffic you have to pay for a chance at "maybe" getting a couple of hits to your site; well with Yahoo Answers it's a for sure thing. If you answer 10 questions and you post a link chances are you're at least going to get 3-5 hits that day. The best thing about this is that if you don't get the hits on the day you posted the questions, you may still get them later as Yahoo Answers are indexed by Yahoo and they are searchable at the Answers homepage or by going through the archives.

3. You get credentials.
When you get traffic from a site that you paid for or that you have promoting your page all that you have as credentials is what your readers read on your page; sometimes they don't read though. With Yahoo Answers that's not a problem; if a reader clicks on your link and they find it helpful you already have the credentials in their mind as you answered a question right for them and you introduced them to a potentially helpful site as well.

4. Meet potential customers.
The more that you start answering questions on Yahoo Answers the more likely you are to meet potential customers. If you offer a service, affiliate offers, or a product you can also start to promote that in your answers. Not only can you do that, but you can also start building relationships with the people who subscribe to you via this service and whom you can get to join your mailing/newsletter list.

5. The possibilities are endless.
As mentioned above, there is a lot of things that Yahoo Answers allows you to get from it, the possibilities for getting targeted to your traffic are thus endless. If you only knew how many people post and visit that site per day you'd be amazed; go check it out now and see for yourself. In less than an hour you can probably get about 30 clicks to your website and in a couple of weeks you might even have yourself a customer list as well.

To start using Yahoo Answers today go to the Yahoo homepage at http://www.yahoo.com, look for the Answers link on the left hand side menu, sign in with your Yahoo account or create an account there, find a category that interests you or that is related to your site content, and start posting answers or questions. Remember that you should not place your link in places where it is not relevant; if you do this your account will be at risk of being deleted and you will be banned from Yahoo Answers as well.
