Get Paid to Blog

Popular Blog Sites Go Viral with Promise of Adsense Profits

Kelly Brown
You see the ads everywhere; Get paid to blog! And you think, is this for real? Certainly everyone knows how Google Adsense works, and perhaps some of the higher-rated blogs have added Adsense to their Blogspot blogs in anticipation of decent earnings. Though the average blogger will see little to no income from Google Adsense, some will see definite revenues if their blogs have the right stuff. There are sites that encourage you to get paid to blog at a higher-traffic location with better advertisement. For some, this method is easier than just putting Google Adsense on your blogspot.

Blogfeast (http://www.blogfeast.com) gives you 90% of your Google Adsense revenue. Offering anything from bonus dollar auctions (use points to win monetary amount) and boasting high traffic and better advertisement placement, Blogfeast is another great way to share your social situation with strangers while making money. Some recommend starting your "get paid to blog" plot at Blogfeast for its user-friendly base and plenty of revenue-attracting traffic.

Writing Up (http://www.writingup.com) offers 50% of your Google Adsense money. They are an older blog site, so the traffic is well-seasoned and somewhat predictable. Of course, the blogs created so bloggers can get paid to blog are an incredible example of the harder-working bloggers not necessarily making more than the popularly-written pieces. You just have to check out the site to see how it can make you money with writing up.

Soulcast (http://www.soulcast.com) is a growing website that is growing by leaps and bounds, growing faster than YouTube, and a relatively new contender for Myspace dominion. Soulcast is incredible, huge, a great way to make money with Adsense and the popularity of your writing. Soulcast has tens of thousands of members, growing virally every month, and it has only been around since May of 2006!

What is soulcast? Like the other 'get paid to blog' sites, Soulcast is a blogging community that refuses to censor, offers the catch phrase "get paid to blog" and encourages users to express themselves in full anonymity. It's not a new concept, per se, but members are definitely loyal, spreading the praises of soulcast to anyone who would listen. Why? Anonymity.

You can write what you want, how you want, and totally anonymous. You don't have to worry about expressing your opinion on soulcast, even if it's a taboo or morally negative opinion. Partnered with google adsense, soulcast gives half of the adsense revenue brought from your blog to you. Not a bad little arrangement if you have something compelling to say that brings viewers to your soulcast blog.

One of the arguments bloggers have against "Get paid to blog" sites is the fact that a hard-working blogger can make plenty of money on their own with Adsense. "Get paid to blog" sites argue that they have better traffic than newer blogs or generic blogs and are therefore entitled to a share of Google Adsense revenue. But now that blogspot offers easily-inserted Adsense compatibility, bloggers are weighing the cons of working under the shadow of social blogging for cash sites. They know that they can get paid to blog without the help and hype of a social blog site if they simply use SEO basics, link sharing, and heavy keyword density in some of their blogs.

The heated debate is whether sharing is advantageous or unhealthy for a seasoned blogger. The answer lies in whether Google Adsense for the single blogger brings in as much revenue as it would on a social site that might have more traffic. The simple thought that you can get paid to blog is heavily weighed by popularity, content, the loyalty of readership, SEO, and luck. Perhaps a blogger should have multiple blogs at first to decide which method rakes in the most revenue. It is possible to get paid to blog, but it does require work, after all.

soulcast.com has not paid a single blogger and is being smothered with advertising ads. The only one making any money is soulcast and nary a single red cent is available for the average blogger. Not good

Has anybody ever heard of BlogDistributor.com?! I signed up a few days ago...this place is off the hook!

I knew it wasn't a scam type place or anything, but, I figured like most other pay-per-post type places, it was going to be a dud. But it's not at all. I already got paid...lol...

I guess they deal with heavy volumes of advertisers which other companies don't do, and thus end up paying we bloggers more. Pretty simple concept.

I don't get any referral points or anything like that for this...I'm just being honest and trying to help people out. We can always use some extra cash, especially right now - can we not?

I just thought it's a quick, and easy way to make some quick cash...and its legit. So, if you have a blog, sign up. They pay within a couple days via Paypal.

writingup.com won't let you have multiple accounts, and if they shut your account down they won't remove your content, but continue to profit off of it like they own it.

Try to join Worldvillage's blog and post your article. It is a high traffic site. I make $30 to $40 per month.
