Drinking lots of water will get rid of toxins from the body. Adding a little lemon to your water bottle will help speed up the process and clean your body out. Also try adding more fiber enriched foods. Cutting down on dairy can also help. Dairy can leave a coat in your mouth and add to problems in your digestive system.

Then of course are the more common sense exterior ways to eliminate odors. Keeping your body clean. If you have excessive odor buy anti fungal soaps and shampoos. Bacteria leads to odor. Make sure you bath daily and wash your hands often. Clean clothes also helps keep odors away. If you clothes are breezy it can keep you from a build up on sweat. Also keeping hair trim or shaving of hair under the arms can also help the keep bacteria and odor at bay. Deodorant should always be worn. You can layer on deodorant if you think one layer is not enough. There are also prescription deodorants that can be bought if excessive sweating is a problem. Talcum power can also be put underarms to stop excess sweat and keep odor to a minimum. An extreme way to get rid of excess sweating is botox under the arms. Botox will work for only a few months so you must keep getting treatments.

If you suffer from foot odor you should always wear cotton socks to absorb added moisture. Using foot liners in shoes and powers can be bought. Just putting baking power in the bottom of shoes can help eliminate the added sweat and odor.

Halitosis or bad breath can also be a huge problem. Smoking can cause this or something as simple as not flossing. Brush after all meals and floss at least once a day. Using mouthwashes can also help, there are many out there now that are made to get rid of odors. If you have major problems going to a dentist can help, it could be a rotting tooth or a nasal drip issues .

So to keep odors at bay get ahead of the smell. Eliminate the problem and keep smells at bay by keeping clean overall. Keep your body well hydrated to release toxins that could make your skin smell. Keep your body clean with lots of washing and brushing of teeth. Any extra problems can be taken care of quickly with a few extra products or a quick trip to the dentist office.
