Play flash games. Flash games rarely take much energy or thought but can be quite entertaining. Try a site like ArmorGames.com and browse the popular and new releases. Be open-minded and try a variety of games. Even puzzle games aren't always hard, at least for the first few levels. Though few games can hold your attention for very long, sometimes you'll find a gem of a game. And other times you can entertain yourself for hours simply playing a whole bunch of different ones.
Doodle. When you're just the right amount of groggy, you can be surprisingly creative. Find a pencil or pen and a piece of paper and just draw random stuff. Don't judge what you're drawing, rather blame anything lack of quality on being tired. Draw whatever thoughts float through your head, whether it be sheep jumping a fence or the words "I'm bored." Drawing freely without any worry about quality or content can be very fun as well as soothing.
Watch stupid television. TV can get boring if you watch much of it and often when you're tired you don't feel like watching a new movie or show as you'll have to pay attention to it to follow the plot. So try watching something you normally would never even give a chance, but is probably stupid or easy to follow. Stupid television can be especially hilarious when you're tired. Maybe catch an old classic TV show you haven't seen in years, or watch paid programming. There's a lot of laugh potential in those. Also, modern sitcoms that flopped in only a few seasons are very light and usually amusing to laugh at. Reality shows are rarely complex enough that they take much thought and are usually very funny.
Take a nap while listening to music. If you're really too tired to do anything, then you should probably consider actually sleeping, even if it's the middle of the day. Taking a brief nap, an hour long or less, usually doesn't affect your sleep. Often the biggest stumbling block to taking a nap when you don't usually take one is getting your body to go sleep at such an odd hour. Listening to peaceful music helps a great deal with this and also cures your boredom. You can gets rest and regain your energy while doing something at least a little fun.
