Some women swear by it and others got no results whatsoever. This treatment is, cheap, however so it is definitely worth a shot in my book.

You also must mind your diet to get rid of cellulite on your legs. It doesn't seem like there would be much correlation between what you eat and the amount of fat cells in your skin but there is. People who have changed their diets not only reap the benefit of increased weight loss, which we know gets rid of cellulite, but also receive better elasticity in their skin. Healthier skin will be able to recover around the infected cellulite areas easier without any type of plastic surgery.

You shouldn't have to follow any specific "cellulite diet" to reap these benefits however. They are easily achieved by eating more leafy green vegetables and cutting back on junk food. The cleaner you eat the better you will look so the choice is yours.
