Get Rid of Crows Feet

Avoid and Protect Your Skin from the Damaging Effects of the Sun:

Sunglasses and hats should be made a valuable part of your wardrobe. The skin around your eyes is very delicate and the effects of the sun can damage it. Learn to restrict your outdoor time to "necessary" time and stay away from outdoor activities when the sun is at its highest.

Avoid Dangerous Toxic Things Like Cigarettes:
Cigarettes can cause pure havoc on your body and there is no way to say it enough, if you smoke -STOP and if you don't - DON'T ever start. They are linked to health problems like cancer, heart disease and stroke. Beware of even cigarette smoke as second hand smoke is dangerous as well, if you are around a smoker, then you are smoking too.

American Tobacco Company, Brown and Williamson, Liggett Group, Inc.,Philip Morris Inc. and R.J.Reynolds Tobacco Company in April of 1994 submitted a list of the ingredients that they added to their cigarettes, they ultimately submitted a list with over 550 additives and that can't possibly be any good for your health, inside or out.

Exfoliate Your Skin:

Remove grit, grime, makeup and dead skin cells for a more radiant facial appearance. After you exfoliate your skin, it should feel tighter and firmer but be careful to not damage your skin by scrubbing too hard. A great cleanser that I have found is: St. Ives - Swiss Formula Apricot Scrub, although my skin is 'super' sensitive, this stuff still works like a champ. I have NO complaints about the product; it does the job without being harsh. The product is good for all skin types and lists "Pure Swiss Glacial Water" as one of the ingredients. Always follow up with a good moisturizer for your skin type and if you are going to venture out into the sunlight, pick a high quality sun block.

Moisturize Your Skin:
Stay hydrated! Drink plenty of water to keep your body running smoothly and to keep your body flushing toxins out of vital organs and nutrients flowing to where they are needed (including your skin). Water makes up about 60 percent of your body and all of its systems require it to function properly. The daily dietary recommendation for water intake is (8) 8 fluid ounces per day. But this may need to be adjusted dependent upon the environment you are in and on your activities for the day.

Products brands that I would recommend are Aveeno, Nivea and Carol's Daughter

Get and Stay Healthy:
The most important thing is to stay healthy, watch what you put inside of your body and you should start noticing pleasant results on the outside as well. Remember, your inner health and well-being are the most important things of all. Eat right, think right, live right, LOOK GOOD!

Therefore, you can see any concern of second hand smoke causing lung cancer is highly questionable." Note that the Relative Risk (RR) of lung cancer for persons drinking whole milk is 2.14 and all cancers from chlorinated water ranked at 1.25. These are higher risks than the average ETS risk. If we believe second hand smoke to be a danger for lung cancer then we should also never drink milk or chlorinated water.

Since 1981 there have been 148 reported studies on ETS, involving spouses, children and workplace exposure. 124 of these studies showed no significant causal relationship between second hand smoke and lung cancer. Of the 24 which showed some risk, only two had a Relative Risk Factor over 3.0 and none higher. What does this mean. To put it in perspective, Robert Temple, director of drug evaluation at the Food and Drug Administration said "My basic rule is if the relative risk isn't at least 3 or 4, forget it." The National Cancer Institute states "Relative risks of less than 2 are considered small and are usually difficult to interpret. Such increases may be due to mere chance, statistical bias, or the effect of confounding factors that are sometimes not evident." Dr. Kabat, IAQC epidemiologist states "An association is generally considered weak if the relative risk is under 3.0 and particularly when it is under 2.0, as is the case in the relationship of ETS and lung cancer. Therefore,
