So I did a little research and found a place in Park Slope that was right down the street. I found the Park Slope Yoga Center on Union Street and was thrilled to have found a place that was not only welcoming but a far cry from my usual treadmill abuse.
I am kind of hard up for funds, so I was pleased to see that I could get a great workout right off the bat for $10 (for your first class). After that, classes run $18 or you can buy a package of 10 or 20 classes for $150 and $275 respectively.
They have a great, flexible schedule that offers classes for most of the day, so don't worry about rushing to make a class, as I am sure you can probably find one to fit your own schedule.
If yoga isn't your thing, they also offer Pilates and zumba classes so head over to their website for more info or just to get a sense of what they have to offer. I hope to see you at the next class! Namaste!
