Getting Acne Under Control

Write Right
After a long period of embarrassing acne, I finally got it under control. Over a year ago I had serious breakouts due to lots of vitamins I was taking, not drinking enough water, and stress. My skin really suffered. I was not really sure what to do about the acne problem when it started so I took the extreme measure and became very harsh with my skin. It had gotten to the point where the pimples cycle in and out, some leaving scars in their wake. I decided what I was doing was not working and that I needed to try a different approach.

I decided to give my skin time to heal its self. I learned to be gentle with my skin and decided to go to the local skin clinic at least once a month for facials. They took care of my extractions. As for my facial products, I started washing my face with black soap. For an astringent I used Witch Hazel. Pour a little Witch Hazel onto a cotton ball or pad and rub it onto your face. I used aloe vera from the plant mixed it with unrefined shea butter. I also cut back on my biotin vitamin intake. Most importantly I started drinking more water and I learned how to reduce my stress.

A friend of mine suggested that I take some time to relax in the sauna and steam room. I went ahead and tried it. On the second visit I decided to put honey on my face which was the best facial I have ever had. And finally, I started taking Nature's Cure and within a couple of weeks my breakout had diminished. I have been taking Nature's Cure for over a year and believe me it is worth every penny. I noticed that when I don't take Nature's Cure my acne comes back.

Always remember to start from the center of your face and work your way outward. For example start at your nose and work your way to your ears. That way you will not be spreading dirt around to other parts of your face you have cleaned. This may or may not work for your acne. Like always remember to seek professional advice before starting a new regimen or taking any vitamins. If you are allergic to any of the listed products please do not use them.
