It is about time that we, the United States, gets back to saying on Dec. 25, Merry Christmas and not Merry Xmas or Happy Holidays or anything that shortchanges the birth of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
For many years, we have had the Bible out of classrooms and progams at Christmas time labeled Holiday Programs instead of Christmas programs.
What must we do?
We, individually and as a mass, must stand up for what we believe and for what is right.
For way too long now, we have allowed what an atheistic woman did to take out Bible reading in our schools. It's even hard to mention or even think about her name.
However, without having to mention her name, it is fitting to know that she is a true example of what happens to people who live by the sword. She lived by the sword and died by the sword. She, along with some family members, was murdered, dismembered, possibly burned, and buried on a farm.
Isn't this, although awful, a fitting ending to a horrible person? I will let you decide. Just don't even give her any stature by mentioning her name.
As you can see I'm sticking my neck out and also getting on a soap box.
So, I'm letting you know, via this wonderful site, now Yahoo Voices, and formerly Yahoo Contributor Network, that this is the start of a peaceful, non-violent revolution and renewal. The purpose is to wake up our people and to take a stand that will nationally bring the Bible back to prominence in the United States.
It's an endeavor to give credit to God for what he rightly deserves.
It's time to honor Jesus for what he did for us.
It's time to thank Mary for her son.
It's time to celebrate Christmas in the schools.
We must not be afraid that we will upset anyone when we mention the word Christmas or Jesus or God or the Bible.
Let's unite in a peaceful endeavor to give God and his holy family prominence in our lives.
Let's return the United States as a representative of Christian principles and honor.
The fight is on. The march is on. Tomorrow, December 25, 2011, is the official date of the beginning, by a group of peaceful, interested persons, totally by Internet education and work, to honor these principles.
May God be blessed and honored!
