A Helpful Guide to Getting Rid of All Your Unwanted Cellulite and Steps You Can Take
Cellulite is mainly caused from toxins in your food diet, overeating, no exercise, pregnancy, water retention and the list goes on, some people even blame it on being passed on from your parents or relatives, whatever the reason may be for having it the fact is that you have to get rid of it. Sometimes cellulite will be with you for life and that's just the way your body is made but you can at least tone it down to a much smaller and less noticeable degree.
One great way to start out is by increasing your exercise rate by a hundred percent and hitting that gym or road daily and keep on going without giving up, at least 1 hour a day 5 days a week should be spent working out if you want to serious results in your cellulite deposits. Drinking water is also an important part in the process and I would recommend an average of 1 gallon a day and the more the better. Green Tea is also a great help and should be done daily, cutting out fatty foods and starches from your diet is a sure way to see fast results and instead replace them with healthy foods like vegetables (Preferably raw) and fruits, especially the ones loaded with Vitamin C.
There are a variety of lotions and creams that supposedly remove cellulite, but most of the times these don't work or are only visible temporarily, you can use these if you need to look good for a little while but don't expect any lasting results from these products, the way you use them is by rubbing them into your skin and then the lotion tightens the skin but doesn't go any deeper to where the actual fat is stored.
Increased circulation is also a way to decrease your cellulite and can be done by a variety of ways including speeding up your heart rate in order for it to get more blood pumping whether that is through ginseng, caffeine, or taurine, they all help.
Body wraps are also quite famous and a good way to reduce the cellulite, these are sold for nominal prices and can be picked up from most pharmacies and health stores. Another popular way is to get laser surgery once a month but this is quite costly and results are not always 100 percent successful.
And of course the one everyone knows about is flat out surgery which if successful can completely remove your cellulite, this procedure is called liposuction and it works by removing the fat deposits in your body by sucking them out. There are some risks involved with surgery but for the most part it goes ok, although you will need to get it done more than once and sometimes it can't get rid of the hard deposits of fat.I hope you found this guide helpful.
