Getting through the Rough Spots in Bad Relationships

Pure Writing
In these past few days I have been going though a lot of stress, and I was to a point of breaking down. But with relationship problems, you get the picture. I did not know what to do, but after asking a couple of friends for their advice, I ended feeling really happy and confident about myself. In this article, I would like to share some of the things I did to help me out, and I hope they help any of you out there that are going through the same things I went through. These are just a few things you can do, but it's all up to you to figure the rest out, and if you have any new ideas, just let me know.

You can start by just forgetting about the person you lost in a relationship. Just stay focused, and relaxed. And, just be yourself, because that is the only thing you can do. Go to the park, and take a deep breath, and possibly just concentrate on the reality of what is going on. Don't be afraid to cry, or shout, or maybe sing.

The second, thing you can do is go back to your old ways. Especially the way you acted before, you met her. Go back to your old way of doing things, by getting back into the dating scene again. Now, I know it is not easy, but it can be done. Start by getting phone numbers from females again, "with a I don't care attitude." It will take some time, but it can be accomplished. If a female gives you a certain look, then go head, and talk to her, and find out what she is all about.

The last thing you can do, "is go back to a club." It maybe a singles club, or maybe a bar, or socializing place. There you can meet different females, and get some more phone numbers. This will help you get your confidence back very quickly. But, while you are at these bars, or alcohol related places, "try to not drink to much," because you are on a mission. Explore the unknown take a vacation, to a different city to meet more females, hit different clubs to meet more female friends, and have fun.

After doing this for a while you will forget your loved one that you lost in the relationship, and you will claim your sanity back, "I hope so." This article I just wrote is not intended to hurt anybody, it is for male advice. I like to write about life experiences that have happened to me on a daily basis. I hope you readers enjoyed this article.
