Do you recall a more loving Thanksgiving?
May your heart and soul be full this Thanksgiving.
May your heart and soul be full this Thanksgiving.
1934, The Bears beat the Lions
Thirty-six years before your first Thanksgiving.
Every memory ripens with aging,
Every moment becomes a Thanksgiving.
An undone bird and allergic reaction
One warm year, spent at your Brother's Thanksgiving.
J.C. - The ever changing world is never

Post a CommentYes, the more things change the more they remain the same. Like the wistful quality in this poem, Jeff, and I'm intrigued by the 1960 reference. Someone's birth year perhaps?
Lovely :)
Nicely done! We do see many post events through rose colored glasses. I am often glad that time provides such a filter.
'Every memory ripens with aging'...so true. They become more ingrained into our hearts perhaps.
