Sometimes when a ghost, or spirit, is not able to gain the strength it needs to manifest, or show itself, to speak out loud or through some type of electrical device or to make an object move. This type of entity, or ghost, is merely left with the ability to give the feeling of its presence to those open to the experience the feeling. Sometimes all the ghost can do is to simply let you know that it is there.
Another popular type of manifestation is having the feeling of someone climbing onto the bed with you. The feeling is unmistakable and terrifying to those that have felt it. Nothing should be feared unless you know that the ghost, or presence means harm to you or your family. In these cases, do not encourage the malevolent spirit and most of all try not to be afraid - this only feeds the strength of the ghost as well as the harm it can cause.
The most frightening type of unseen ghost encounter is feeling like you are being touched, or in more extreme cases slapped or hit, by the ghost or entity. The most popular cases involve the feeling of being touched, the hair being moved, or being pushed. The feeling of hair standing up on the back of your neck is also a common occurrence when a ghost is nearby. You do not have to see them or hear them to be able to feel them.
Some people block out any feelings associated with the paranormal. Either because of fear or a lack of knowledge on the subject there are those that will refuse any kind of communication from a ghost or spirit. Maybe they have lost someone important to them and by blocking out any type of paranormal activity because it helps them to deal with their loss in a more passive and less painful manner. Their only comfort is knowing that the person they have lost has moved onto a better place.
The only effective way to be open to the communication from a loved one that has passed on is to believe. The more you believe the more experience you will seem to have. Open your mind like a book waiting to be filled and soon you will have all of the answers you have been searching for. You do not have to hear a ghost, or see a ghost to be able to feel its presence.
