GRAW 2, the most recently released game, puts you in the year 2014. This game is a stunning military shooter. The single player in this game is awesome, but you will be able to beat it in no time. If you find that it is way to easy, you can always put it to the extreme difficulty level, which I find to be very challenging. With an upgraded Integrated Warfighter System (IWS), this think is incredibly realistic. It is now easier to command your fellow Ghosts with the update. You can tell them to do something while in first person, or you can look through the camera on their helmet to tell them to give them a command. This adds a whole new dimension to the game, and can be a huge advantage when you're pinned down. This feature, unfortunately, is not in the online mode. While the single player has amazing features, online is where this game shines. The multiplayer supports up to 16 players, has over a dozen maps, clans, and so many weapons it will be hard to find a favorite gun (this is a good thing). If you are looking for a realistic military shooter, this game is for you.
Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Vegas which was released at the end of 2006, is one of the greatest shooters of the next-gen consoles. Your job is to protect the Calypso Casino by any means. The single player has many features, including many gadgets such as the Snake Cam, Breaching in, etc., which help you get the job done. The single player mode is pretty big, and on realistic mode, this thing will take plenty of patience and time to beat. While the single player in this game is awesome, the multiplayer, again, is where this game shines. You can have up to 16 players, and the ability to customize your soldier is phenomenal. When you are promoted to a new ranking, you receive the ability to choose between different camouflage, armor, weapons, etc. This feature makes the multiplayer that much more in-depth, and makes it look much better.
These games are some of the biggest successes of the year and I highly recommend that you get atleast one of them. Most people like only one or the other, and there are a small amount of people that like both. If you are more of a military guy, or you want something that simulates a military experience, then Ghost Recon Advanced Warfigher 2 is for you. If you like customization, great maps, and amazing gameplay, then Rainbow Six Vegas is for you. I hope this review helped you in deciding whether these games were worth checking out, and which one would best suit you.

Post a CommentGR is more military while RB is more SWAT. GR typically features around large outdoor environments while RB focuses more on the Urban setting.
i have no idea which one to get. help me out please guys
The way you described Vegas makes me feel you haven't played much of the game. I mean your description of the single player campaign is way off.
bad review... sounded like a vague general gamesite review... not from someone who has played both in-depth.
