The dreaded season of gift exchange is here. Christmas is drawing closer and closer and you've already pulled half of your hair out trying to decide what kind of gift to buy for your gift exchange. If your office or business has resorted to drawing names for a Christmas gift exchange it can be a frustrating and nerve wracking situation. You are almost always given a minimal budget to work with and you don't want to be coined the name "El Cheep-o" by your coworkers. The following are some great gift ideas that proves there are quality gifts out there that are inexpensive, these can work for any type of gift exchange whether or not it is a holiday.

For Budgets of $20.00 or less-

Calendars- You can't go wrong here. Ask around and find something that interests them. Foreign countries, war memoribilia, vacation places. You can get calendars in every size. These almost always retail for under 20.00. You might even be able to afford another small gift to meet your budget.

Personalized Pens- For under 20.00 you can get a personalized pen. This way no one can steal it from their desk. Anyone is sure to appreciate a gift that is unique and stylish.

Gift cards- If all esle fails you can get them a gift card for almost anything. Books, movies, food, and more. Starbucks would be a great gift idea for early morning risers. Most business people live off of starbucks.
