I know a few things about buying gifts for car freaks since I am one. It's no doubt that everybody like to get a gift every once in a while; rather it for a birthday, Christmas, or just for the heck of it. Muscle car freaks love gifts related to their cars.
Myself I collect models of engines from the classic cars, and muscle cars. I have a Corvette engine set that includes a fuel injected 283 out of a 1957 Corvette; an L88 427 from a 1967 Corvette, and a TBI fuel injected engine out of a 1997 Corvette.
For me this is a great gift; it's a gift that I will always be proud to display, and show off. But let's not forget the obvious; die cast models are always a favorite of the classic car set; they love nothing more then a model of their car on the mantel.
Most of us are glad to build a model of our favorite car also, it's not a hard task to shop for a car nut. Tee shirts, and magazine subscriptions are always a great idea for a gift for the car freak in your family. You can never go wrong with either one of these two things.
If the car nut in your family happens to own the house that they live in, you job get even easier. This opens a new world of possibilities for you to explore. First of all you can now get this person shelves that look like the front of his, or her favorite car, what an awesome idea for a gift.
How about some dress up for the deck, or back yard; a nice grille that looks like an engine will never be frowned up on. The car freak in your family isn't that hard to buy a gift for. If you buy a gift that is related in some way to the thing that they love, you can never go wrong.
If your one of those people who like to craft things with your own hands, you could get some wood, and car emblems, and make a work of art, it will be loved for years to come. Let's not forget coats that have sayings on them like busted knuckle garage, or Detroit muscle, these are great gifts.
Car guys, and girls love their cars with an undying passion, and this undying passion makes it easy for you to find gifts for them. Most muscle car, or classic car freaks a love any gift that shows off their passion to the people around them.
For that matter you could buy them parts for their classic car, or muscle car. They would with out a doubt love that. I know if you bought me a gift that would make my car better, I would love it. Most car freaks feel that same way about it.
