This gift idea is nice for the homeowners to receive and enjoy. There are so many online stores that sell gift baskets in various prices that would be appreciated by the new homeowners. There is also a wide assortment of various types of gift baskets.
2. Gift Certificate
Gift certificates are a good gift idea. You can choose a gift certificate from a local home improvement store, a nearby restaurant, etc. A gift certificate is a gift that is nice to receive. New homeowners can usually always find something to buy at a local home improvement store and a meal out is a nice treat after moving into a new home.
3. Detailed Street Map
New homeowners who are from out of town or out of state will appreciate this gift. A detailed map will help them plan their driving or walking around town.
4. Photo Gift Bag
You can buy a few disposable cameras and a photo album and place them inside a gift bag. The new homeowners will surely enjoy taking pictures in their new home as they move in and afterwards, perhaps at a housewarming party. The photo album will proudly display the photos after they are developed.
5. Book
A book about the town or the state where the new home is located is a nice gift idea. A coffee table book filled with pictures is especially nice.
