Gisele Bundchen: Workout Sexy & Describes the Birth of Her Baby Benjamin Brady

Decked out in an all-black workout ensemble, the Brazilian babe kept her head down as she quickly walked past the always-present paparazzi ahead of her grueling sweat session.

Of staying in shape throughout her first pregnancy, Gisele told Vogue, "I think a lot of people get pregnant and decide they can turn into garbage disposals. I was mindful about what I ate, and I gained only 30 pounds."

Getting back to her pre-baby body in less than 6 weeks, the supermodel tells, "I did kung fu up until two weeks before Benjamin was born, and yoga three days a week.

As for her recent experience of giving birth for the first time, Miss Bundchen recently called it "the most intense and life-changing experience of my life."

Of welcoming baby Benjamin Brady into the world, the 29-year-old continues, "It was amazing to experience my body become free to do what it was made to do. To give life to another being, what a gift! When he finally was placed into my arms, I looked into his precious eyes and felt an overwhelming, unconditional love. I felt a huge sense of accomplishment. We did it! We did it together! He and I. I never felt so complete and empowered in my life."
