Giving Birth: Like the First Time, Everytime

I remember when I first found out that I was expecting my first son, I was just a teenager and was naive to think that I would get pregnant. August 13th 2004, I was laying down in bed, it was about 11pm and I remember getting some pains. Now I was only 17 and I wasn't sure if what I was feeling were contractions. Now I have to tell you the house was full of people, but I had seen so many movies where people would get carried away and give you a ton of advice and at the time I just wanted my own experience. When I got to the hospital they told me that my labor had to be induced because it seemed my water wouldn't break on it's own and 11 hours, 56 minutes, and 15 seconds later at 10:56:15, I had my first born baby boy, at the time I was weakened from losing a lot of blood and maintained sincerity and kindness to everyone, so I named my first born Sincere.

With my second child, I hadn't know I was even expecting, until 3 months and me and my husband were excited and at the same time worried. Now I wasnt expected to deliver until April, but I was growing impatient and was so axious to see my new baby boy. On March 30th 9am I was induced and the pain was intense. The doctors kept telling me that I might want an epidural because of the contraction inducing medication they were giving me, but I was adiment with my decision. So when I finally did agree to get the epidural, about an hour after, the medication wore out on my left side and you cant imagine the pain that bore down on that one side, but it was an experience to remember and one I'll never forget.
