Athletes and other celebrity figures have promoted Gatorade in the past, but now people are opting for vitamin water instead. The product comes in a variety of light flavors like orange, cherry, and pomegranate. The orange flavor is very popular because it contains extra Vitamin C and Calcium. Personally orange is my favorite flavor because it has a little bit of a tang to it.
Vitamin Water contains the following ingredients:
Vapor distilled, deionized, and or reverse osmosis water, cane sugar, , crystalline fructose, calcium lactate, (electrolyte), citric acid, monopotassium phosphate (electrolyte), natural monopotassium phosphate (electrolyte), natural flavor, ascorbic acid (Vitamin C), gum acacia, magnesium lactate (electrolyte), Vitamin E, acetate, ester gum, Vitamin A palmitate, niacin (B3), pantothenic acid (B5), b-carotene, pyridoxine hydrochloride (B6), cynocobalamin, (B12, folic acid.
The vitamin waters contain no juice, and they actually taste very good. It tastes a lot like a typical sports drink, but apparently they are offering something different. The company is promoting that their water is superior than most because it contains vitamins and electrolytes. The average size bottle contains 20 ounces of vitamin packed water. I really like vitamin water because it contains no calories and it helps to relieve my thirst.
