You will need:
5lb winglettes or whole wings
1/3 cup La Choy soy sauce
3/4cup Brown sugar
pinch of Salt
pinch of Pepper
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Rinse the wings then season with salt and pepper in a pan.
Pour ¾ cup of brown sugar and 1/3 cup soy sauce over the chicken. Use your hands to even the sugar around then place in the oven.
After 30 minutes of cooking turn the chicken over and continue cooking. In 45 minutes remove the chicken out and serve.
