Glenn Beck Hospital Update

Glenn Beck Had His Apendix Removed Today

Glenn Beck Hospitalized

Glenn Beck was doing his radio show today when he started to feel pain from a sudden attack of appendicitis. He left the show and is now in the hospital recovering from the surgery that removed his appendix. No other information has been released, not even the hospital has been named.

His blackboard stood empty and cold today and no props where shown at 5pm. We are all wishing him a speedy recovery and sending out our best wishes and get well messages.

Did he bring his White House Phone with him to the hospital? I would not doubt it. I hope the White House will pick up the phone and call him with their get well wishes.

This will most likely mean a few weeks off for recuperation for Glenn Beck. Who will continue his work at the blackboard? Who is going to teach Government 101 for the next few weeks?

Glenn Beck has become a major part of many American homes in the 5 o'clock hour, dinners have been delayed, homework has been put down and the family gathers around the Glenn Beck classes.

He is the main talk around office water coolers, at happy hours and hair styling salons. Yes, there is a void in conversation already, although people are still rehashing topics from previous shows almost like having their own reruns.

Maybe, just maybe, Glenn Beck's absence will spawn some investigating of the government spending and political antics by the private citizens that follow him so closely.

Glenn Beck is not only on Fox TV, but he has a radio show that is syndicated by more than 200 radio stations.

Glenn Beck was born on February 10, 1964 in Seattle Washington. He has been very open about his previous drug use and alcoholism. He has kicked both addictions with help from AA and has been clean and sober for over two years. He suffers with back pain from an accident he had years ago while under the influence. He tumbled through a window.

He is also very open about suffering from ADHD, Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder explaining why his shows are very fast paced.

    Glen, may God continue to bless you with the willingness and boldness to step up and stand up for Him. You've faced many difficulties and personal health is one. I think this is God's way of making you rest for awhile. Use this time to pray and seek His guidance in regaining your health. Don't feel guilty about taking time for you, God is in control and you've certainly shown Him your allegiance. I love you as my brother in Christ.

    God bless you,Glen. Please help spread Prayer Fever, Sunday, October 24, 3:00-5:00 pm for people to pray all over the world.God gave me the words, Prayer Fever and I believe He wants us to spread the word to pray as if it's a fever until we are all so contagious and have a burning desire to pray. It does not matter where people pray, just pray, especially on Oct.24 3-5 pm.. God woke me from a dream with a message that our country doesn't need fixing, it needs healing that only God can do. He wants us to pray in numbers. I saw people huddled together in small groups all over the world kneeling on grass praying. Below is the message I've been trying to spread;

    Prayer Fever - “Here we are Lord, use us.”
    Sunday, October 24, 2010 - 3:00 – 5:00 P.M.

    God is calling America to pray. Our broken country does not need fixing…it needs healing. All it takes is one person accepting God’s grace, His mercy, and His love. That one person can spread the fever all over the world until we are

    Speedy recovery Beck. I guess I am out of line by pointing out that perhaps some in the ether would have hoped for a more "explosive" event in Mr. Beck's gastro-intestinal tract. Then again, having read a lot of what is said in the ether, not so out of line at all.
