· Financials: You'll be able to immediately review the financial standing of the Case including total payments, total fees, a summary of court costs, etc.
· Events: You'll be notified of specific events that are related to the case such as callbacks, subrogations, dunnings and court dates. You can count on the Events feature of Case Management to handle foreclosure and bankruptcy cases that have a large number of deadlines and court appearances.
Case Management tracks all phases of a case from start to finish. From initial contact right through to resolution of the case and actual payment, everything aspect of the case is recorded fully and conveniently. The system provides intuitive data entry, navigation, and reporting for all case data.

Investigation System - the View from Above
Cases can be tied together using the Investigation System. This allows a higher view of related cases, combining financials and account information into a single view. In essence, the Investigation System brings Case data together in a way that allows you to stay on top of multiple cases. You are in control of the Investigation, dictating the overall workflow. You can prioritize hot leads and cancel dead-ends, routing the resources to more productive paths.
A key strength of the Investigation System is the ability to share information with other investigation team members or the client contact. Information critical to the investigation will be immediately know by the entire team - even those on remote assignment.
More over, expenses can be captured immediately such that nothing is overlooked and all costs can be passed on to the client. This is especially important for lengthy surveillances and remote assignments where receipts are often lost or forgotten.
Each Case in an Investigation has a single-page overview that shows all critical information at a glance including:
· Most Recent Activity: The summary page highlights the very last activity performed on the case with detailed start and stop times.
· Status History: A chronological view of the various statuses of the case. Review when the Case was active as well as when it was on hold.
Collection System - Keeps the Details in Order
Cases are also tightly integrated into the Collection System which allows management of all the collection-related details of a case:
· Court Documents: All legal matters related to litigation and adjudication are stored online for immediate access and review.
· Debt Information: Details of the actual debt, debtor contracts, promissory notes, etc. are managed with the Collection System.
· Debtor Performance: All payments, missed deadlines, are included along with any notes entered by the Collection Manager.
The Collection System is also tied directly to the Letter System which can generate the correspondence associated with the collection process. Using a simple interface, the Collection Manager can define the various conditions for automatic generation of dunning correspondence along with 'one-offs' that encourage debtor compliance. Any template imaginable can be used, the Letter System will substitute debtor-specific data for the key token embedded in the Master Letter.
Project System - Tracking Your Overall Progress
All on-going and special activities can be managed using the Project System. The Project Manager is free to setup the Project plan, schedule and timeline in any manner. Each project is comprised of tasks and task groups, each of which is dependent upon one or more prerequisites.
Workflows will start more smoothly when tasks are properly scheduled using the Project System. Task alerts and project reminders keep you well-informed of any important project events whether it be a notification of the completion of a task or a reminder that a task is now ready to commence.
The Project System also allows for a 'portfolio view' of all projects in order to get the 'big picture'. A myriad of projects, tasks, sub-tasks and workflows are summarized into a single view.
