Here is a recipe for gluten free chex-style mix that illustrates just how easy it is to substitute gluten free products in classic recipes with great results. This snack mix looks and tastes as good as the original.

Ingredients:
- 9 cups gluten free chex rice cereral
- 2 cups gluten free pretzels
- 1 cup cashews
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons gluten free Worchestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons gluten free seasoned salt (kosher salt works best!)
- 1 teaspoon gluten free garlic powder
- 1 teaspoons gluten free onion powder
- Place olive oil, Worchestershire sauce and seasonings in a large roasting pan.
- Add cereal, pretzels and nuts. Gently stir to thoroughly coat all ingredients.
- Bake, uncovered, for one hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
