Gluten Free Gift Basket
As a gluten free individual myself, I always appreciate having quick options around the house for me to access when I need something fast. Things like gluten free canned products as well as nuts and fruit are fabulous healthy options to include in a homemade or store bought gluten free gift basket.
Health Food Store Gift Cards
If you're gluten free loved one is similar to most all of the gluten free people I know including myself, they will greatly appreciate having a stash of money set aside for some of the gluten free and health food products that make their lives easier. When my friends are in doubt of what to get me, they always fall back on a health food store gift card, and I'm never disappointed. Those on a gluten free diet are among some of the largest clientele in the health food retail business making this a fitting gift.
Gluten Free Beer and Spirits
Many alcoholic beverages, including beer have gluten in them, however you can find a large selection of these products that are made gluten free. Why not include one of these for a fitting gift that your gluten free loved one could enjoy? The Christmas holidays are filled with alcoholic beverages in every direction, and often times gluten free dieters are unable to participate in that aspect of the holidays. They also may not know about their options in this regard.
