Stir and Proof
1 1/3 C Very warm milk
2 Tbsp sugar
Packet of yeast
* Stir well and proof for 10 minutes or until foamy on top.
Add to
1C White rice flour
1C Tapioca flour
1C Potato Starch
Mix in
1 Egg
2Tbsp Oil
1tsp Vinegar
1tsp Salt
1Tbsp Xantham Gum
Directions
1. Mix all ingredients together using dough beaters for about 5 minutes to get lots of air into the mixture. This is very important.
2. Pour into buttered bread pan.
3. Let rise for 30 - 40 minutes or until double in size.
4. Brush top with melted butter, also very important.
5. Bake in preheated oven at 350F for 60 minutes.
6. Cool bread in pan.
* If making muffins, bake at 400F for 15 minutes.
