• Baking soda and elbow can just about clean anything in your home. You can use it on your toilet and your counters. But use caution on glass or surfaces that can be scratched easily.

• Vinegar is a great cleaning agent and when mixed with a few essential oils, you can clean glass, your car's dash board, you kitchen table, refrigerator, etc. Don't mix too many essential oils with the vinegar though or you will leave an oily residue behind.

• Lemon juice can cut through most grime build up and also it can be added to vinegar for a more pleasant scent as well as the essential oils.

• Borax is another natural cleaning agent that can be mixed with natural soap flakes to clean your laundry.

• Cornstarch can be placed in a plastic bag with your child's stuffed toys to help combat smells within the fabric.
