Granted grace and compassion to aid my grandfather,
Omnipotent creator of all humans, flowers, and pets,
Deeply helpful, healing us when in our need.

The beautiful poem shows your love of God and your grandfather, Kristen.
Brief, sincere, points towards the spiritual without dragging you in a Hallmarkish way. Would definitely like to see more from this author.
