God Paints a Sunset Unlike Any Artist
God paints a sunset
with beautiful colors
the sky is bright with
yellow, white and red
with beautiful colors
the sky is bright with
yellow, white and red
The clouds turn into
lines of white
between a myriad
of colors on the
darkened sky
No one person can create
such a blend of colors
as God when He says
good-night
to one part of the world
and good morning to the other
And yet
enemies strike, kill and maim
and change the beauty of God
into horror
filled with bloodshed
and death!
Why cannot peace reign? There is no logical answer!

There is not another sight as sitting outside on a patio and watching the sunset. There is a beautiful array of colors and no artist can possibly capture but man destroys the earth and the people living in it. When will it end? There is no answer

Thank you all for your sincere appreciation of this piece of poetry. The words came out easily as I looked up at the sky and noticed all of the colors. The sunsets are even more beautiful when living on a golf course.
