As the wind sweeps through
Our very lives, and cools our every thought
It can change our mind, or what we'll do
And that's why wind was brought
But now we figure, that after death
The wind sure is our God's own breath
But more then that, does the wind know
Where it has gone, or know it's place
Does it care, do his motives show
As it goes travels through with haste
It has to know for does God care?
Surely He would know, and act thus fair
We cannot ask, nor can we tell
Why He does the things He'll do
Not know for sure, but I know well
That he brought us me and you
